The momentum behind producer/remixer MORGAN PAGE reaches new levels today as his break out single, "THE LONGEST ROAD," is nominated for a 2009 GRAMMY AWARD in the "BEST REMIXED RECORDING" category. The nomination comes at the end of a year where Morgan Page's original productions and remixes have been fixtures on various charts including the Billboard Club Chart, where he scored two Top 5 Singles, and the Billboard Dance Airplay Chart, where "The Longest Road" still sits comfortably after 30 weeks. And it seems that the world is taking notice. This year alone, Morgan Page's productions have been licensed onto over 20 compilations across the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Turkey, and the demand for his Remixes continue to grow. This year Morgan Page was commissioned to remix Katy Perry's 'I Kissed a Girl' and Madonna's latest single, 'Miles Away' as well as tracks for The B-52s, Alanis Morissette, and others. His material is also starting to show up on TV. Ugly Betty and Samantha Who have each recently featured Morgan Page's productions in their shows.
Morgan Page is also in demand as a touring act. After sharing bills with Pete Tong, The Crystal Method, Moby, Sandra Collins and Junkie XL, Page is set to headline his own gigs throughout December and the new year.
